Clarification Text
1. Data Controller:
This clarification text is prepared by İkinciler Printing San. and Tic. Ltd. Sti. to fulfil its legal obligations
as well as to be transparent and accountable.
Clarifications referenced to the website have been prepared in this clarification text; Disclosures
regarding the employee, employee candidate, service recipient, and potential service buyer are
regulated separately under the Company’s Disclosure Obligation Procedure, provided that they are
compatible with the Company’s personal data processing inventory.
2. For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed:
Website
a. Filling the Contact Form;
Credentials, Contact Information, Message Information
Name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, message information personal data of website
visitors. It is processed to implement customer relationship management processes and conduct
communication activities.
b. Service Recipient and Potential Service Buyer;
Identity Information, Contact Information, Audio, and Visual Recordings
Execution of emergency management processes, execution of activities by the legislation, execution
of finance and accounting works, execution of communication activities, execution/audit of business
activities, execution of business continuity activities, execution of goods/services sales processes,
execution of customer relations management processes are processed for the purposes of informing
to the related authorized person, institution and organizations.
c. Visitor;
Physical Space Security
Camera recording personal data is processed to ensure physical space security and conduct
emergency management processes, provided that it is related, limited, and measured for the
purpose for which is processed.
3. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection:
Personal data processed by filling out the contact form; Based on the legal reason that data
processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not
harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, pursuant to Article 5/II-f of the
Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, by automatic method,
Personal data about the visitor; Based on the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for the

Service recipient and potential service recipient personal data; Pursuant to m.5/II-a, m.5/II-c and
m.5/II-f of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, “Legitimate interests of the data controller
provided that it is clearly stipulated in the law and is directly related to the establishment or
performance of a contract” by automatic and non-automatic methods based on legal reasons of
obligatory data processing for
Image records were taken to ensure physical space security; Pursuant to Article 5/II-f of the Law on
the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, which is processed by automatic method, camera
shooting, based on the legal reason that "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of
the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data
subject".
4. To whom and for what purpose the Processed Personal Data can be transferred:
The personal data in question are sent to the judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement
authorities to resolve legal disputes by the Company or upon request under the appropriate
legislation; may be transferred to service providers to ensure legal, technical, and commercialoccupational safety.
5. Rights of the Relevant Person pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law:
The rights of the persons whose personal data are processed are regulated in Article 11 of Law No.
6698. The right of application in Article 13 of the same Law can be exercised through the methods
specified in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, via the
contact information given below.
Applications made by the company and the person concerned will be answered and finalized as soon
as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
